When you excel in you're field and you want to shout about it, it doesn't always pay to be cocky! Sit back, let you're brand do the talking. Thats exacty what we managed to achieve for Nick over at Thorpe Whyman and Briggs. An architectural business based on expertise and skill and craftsmanship at the heart of their practice, their work spoke for itself, all we needed to do was give them a brand that put their skill and execution to the forefront of their busies and thats exactly what we did.
HERITAGE AT THE HEART
TWBA came with a lot of heritage and a great background story, 3 friends and their love of great buildings. Heritage and professionalism jump out immediately at you when you look at this logo. The blue is slightly hued, illustrating a well established firm that could well be from the Renaissance period, whilst also alluding to the classic blueprints you can expect from an architect. And the square shape merely further emphasises an industry which works in square footage and creates the building blocks and foundations for a strong future. Bloody good aren't we?
MUCH MORE THAN A LOGO
Look at the element's that make up their avatar. The same way that each one of TWBA's architectural drawings is well thought out and executed, at first look the avatar may just seem like an ampersand, but when you take a closer look at the &, you’ll see that it is so much more than that. Spiralling out, these are the roots which ground the company and anchor the designs, whilst intertwined within the avatar, you’ll see the T, W & B which make up the true heritage of the company and bind it together.
