Nostalgia Central

Back in time, before the dawn of the smart phone. Before Snapchat & Instagram, when Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg was nothing more than a mischievous 10 year old. Kid’s used to go out and play with their mates. Using the gap between 2 cars as a net for your football game, 6 players on this side and 3 on theirs because they’ve got the better players. Learning to skateboard, or in my case learning to fall off in a way that didn’t hurt too much. Times were simpler, you didn’t have to worry about someone recording you or becoming a meme, in fact your biggest worry was who was going to bring the football out after school. I sound like an old fart, but watching the new trailer for Jonah Hill’s mid90s got me reminiscing about what it was like to be a kid again. It really is true, you don’t realise what you’ve got till it’s gone.
